Decluttering can be a very personal and emotional process. It requires time and patience to go through your items and decide what to keep. We will work together to determine if you held onto items out of guilt, obligation or whether the items deserve to stay. I learned what my organizational style is and quickly saw the benefits it had on me and my family. I knew I wanted to help others find that same relief.

As a registered and licensed OT (MSOTR/L), I'm qualified to assist with home modifications in order for clients to function safely by recommending adaptive equipment such as grab bars, a raised toilet seat or shower chair. I help make items more accessible for people who use wheelchairs, walkers and canes. I arrange and organize the space to prevent falls or risk of injury.

Additionally, I'm committed to helping older adults during life transitions and downsizing as well as those with a physical dysfunction or recovering from an injury. I am trained in teaching and incorporating fall prevention, energy conservation, and body mechanics to optimize your loved one's health, well-being and create a safer home environment.

I have a Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from RUSH University in Chicago and have worked for over 20 years in sub-acute facilities and hospitals caring for acute Neurologic and Orthopedic patients, including Burn Injury.
