I start with the premise that everyone has accumulated too many belongings, much of which is no longer needed or wanted. Before organizing can begin, I like to help my clients purge as much as possible - and I suggest ways that can benefit the client and/or community such as donations, consignment, garage sales or recycling. I also offer to drop off items at convenient locations and collect tax-deductible receipts for the client. I come from an artist's background (BFA degree) and I like the results of my efforts to be uncluttered, attractive to reflect the taste of the client. I work primarily with clients in their homes.
