*TEMPORARILY CLOSED* What an unusual summer this is! I know we have all been spending more time at home, and that brings me great joy, really. I enjoy imagining my community members working in their homes and their gardens: cleaning up, creating, making lovely surroundings.

I am available to help with your summer project. Indoor, outdoor, tell me what to do, I'll make us a plan: I'm flexible! For COVID-19 precautions, I ask a few questions before heading over and ask that we wear masks while indoors together. I'm also always glad to have a helpful talk on the phone, or we can meet on Zoom, too.

I provide consulting and manual labor services related to organizing, dealing with material objects, decision-making, and establishing processes. My approach is therapeutic and thorough. I believe organizing (the process in which we discover all that is in a space and make many, many decisions) is a wildly powerful opportunity to greater understand ourselves and more strongly identifying with what is important to us at this time in our lives. While organizing, many emotions and experiences are often processed along the way; it can be hard work, but you don't have to do it alone. We can talk over the phone or email about your situation, and schedule a consultation if you like. As a reminder, I charge hourly for my services and you are in control of how much or how little with which you would like help.

A bit more about what my services are: Proper Place provides both material and behavioral suggestions and solutions. Through Proper Place you can expect a plan and a process for addressing your organizing project or dilemma. You will be supported through the organizing process and given several options or approaches when it comes to making decisions and what to do with your items, whether you want to keep and store or display, or donate or discard.

You can expect your belongings to be organized in a way that works for you, and that is easily understood or clearly labeled. You can expect your spaces (rooms, closets, etc) to be easier to clean and manage. You will better know yourself and your space. Naturally, through working with Proper Place, you will be given tools to help you address your own organizing projects in the future.
