Her specialty is to take a challenging situation and create a strategy based on each unique project. This approach ensures that we have considered today’s challenges while allowing for future events.

As an experienced coach, Shawna and her team have based their business on a foundation of Practicality. Too often, she saw the results of other consultants who try to mold the situation to their ‘textbook’ answer instead of developing real life tools unique to each situation. In the real world, you don’t just touch a piece of paper once or buy some shiny storage container and the world suddenly becomes peaceful.
