As a NAPO member Professional Organizer and ICF Credentialed Coach, I offer on-site and virtual organizing and life coaching, both together and separately. I combine practical systems with mindset work to help people move from overwhelm to clarity and confidence.

My work bridges the worlds of organization and coaching by supporting clients through overwhelm in many forms - from major life transitions like moves, retirement and career changes, to empty nesting and entrepreneurial growth. I also serve as Membership Director for the International Coaching Federation’s Virginia Chapter, where I love creating meaningful connections within our coaching community.

I’m inspired by the belief that true order and possibility begin with space — physical, mental, and emotional. I can help you live more comfortably in your home or work more efficiently in your home or office. I can also help you manage your time more efficiently and be more productive by helping you develop specific strategies and systems to use. And, through coaching, we can work together to help you discover solutions to your challenges.
