SHiFT® is both an acronym and a metaphor. As an acronym, SHiFT® represents Cazares's trademarked, proprietary approach to organizing. Each letter represents the most impactful areas that clutter disrupts in a person’s life: “S” stands for social connections, “H” for health, “i” for I am deserving, “F” for finances, and “T” for time. As a metaphor, SHiFT® describes moving from fragmentation into wholeness.
