Shannon has over a decade of management experience in commercial real estate overseeing operations, construction and financials and a lifetime of organizational experience. She is a wife, a mother to an 8 year old daughter, two dogs, a cat and two fish. As a teenager, Shannon regularly organized all her clothes by color, size, season and changing the layout of her room every few weeks. As an adult, her passion and commitment to an organized life has only grown as a result of a demanding job. Knowing all too well how overwhelming it can be when you do not have a good plan in place and the domino effect this can have on your personal and professional life, Shannon wanted to help others. She threw herself into organizing and event planning full-time and started Monarch Management Services, LLC in the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.
