I am very patient, compassionate person and I understand that many items may have sentimental value and memories attached, therefore, I will never pressure you to get rid of items. We will work TOGETHER to decide what to do with items i.e.: keep, donate, or repurpose. Everyone is different; therefore, OCBV works with each person exclusively to create a system that was a works for them. OCBV is a non-judgmental organization! I take time to listen to your wants and needs, then develop a system that allows you to become organized and be able to maintain it.
