Flat-Rate Packages:
• 2 hrs – $120
• 4 hrs – $220
• 6 hrs – $320
Hourly: $60/hour
Hoarding cleanup: $250–$650 (based on time and severity)
Availability:
By appointment only (weekday evenings & weekends preferred)
• Early mornings / late evenings: +$50
• Same-day appointments (if available): +$50
• $50 deposit required to confirm (non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours)
I work with clients at any stage—from light clutter to more severe cleanup—and always without judgment. I require before photos to provide accurate quotes and bring the right energy and approach.
