Pricing & Rates
We understand every home and situation is unique, so our pricing is based on the severity of clutter and the size of the space.
General Rates
• Standard Home Organization: $50–$100 per hour
• Hoarding Cleanup: $75–$200 per hour
Severity-Based Pricing
• Mild Clutter (Levels 1-2): +25-50% over standard rates
• Moderate Hoarding (Level 3): +50-100% over standard rates
• Severe Hoarding (Levels 4-5): +100-200% over standard rates
Additional Costs May Apply For:
✔ Dumpster rental & hauling fees – $300–$1,000+
✔ Pest infestations, mold, or biohazards – $200–$500+ hazard fee

Before & After Photos Required
To provide an accurate quote and customize your service, before photos of the space(s) are required before booking. This allows me to assess the level of organization or cleanup needed and determine the appropriate pricing.
After the job is complete, I will also take after photos for my records. Your privacy is always respected—any public sharing of photos will only be done with your approval.

Please email or text clear photos of the area(s) you need help with before booking. This ensures an accurate assessment and smooth planning for your service.

Business Hours & After-Hours Rates
⏰ Standard Business Hours: Monday–Sunday, 6 AM – 6 PM
Need help outside of regular hours? We offer after-hours, emergency, and same-day services:
• Evening Hours (6 PM – 10 PM): +25-50% surcharge
• Late Night / Overnight (10 PM – 6 AM): +50-100% surcharge
• Same-Day Emergency Requests: $100–$500 flat fee
• Weekend & Holiday Work: +50-100% surcharge
After-Hours Rideshare Fee (for services between 6 PM – 6 AM)
• Flat fee of $20–$50 (based on distance)
• OR actual rideshare cost if higher
