We offer Lean Six Sigma training and consulting services, but many of our clients need 5S organization, declutter and cleaning services first, before they can truly gain more efficiency, flow and quality into their processes. I work with businesses on office, lab, warehouse, storage, maintenance shop and manufacturing spaces, while my wife works on small businesses, housekeeping, shops, home organizing, decluttering and deep cleaning with individuals and families. We also offer courses and workshops to teach others how to organize in a structured way, using 5S workplace organization methods developed in Japan (specifically Toyota). We also help you find a home for your unwanted items to keep as much stuff as possible out of the landfill.
