They pull everything out of each cabinet and CLEAN the inside, while they had me decide in each cabinet what to keep and throw out (like expired medicine!). They have boxes for you to put in things in for giving away or putting in a garage sale. We also moved some things to a basement shelf that are more seasonal and don't need to be in my kitchen cabinets all the time. They helped me put things in little containers and back up in my cabinet, so things are more easily grouped like cold medicines, etc. My spice cabinet was hilarious. I had a few of the same spices that I didn't even know I had. I combined and threw out some really old ones, and put them in little containers that make them easier to store and grab. We moved things to cabinets closer to the place in the kitchen where they need to be used. Most of the containers we used were little baskets or Rubbermaid things I already had and we just made use of them. They do not push you to buy products. They are fun and friendly and so helpful and has excellent ideas. I would not have thought of half the things we did on my own. We have lived here 19 years, and my cabinets have never been this organized - not even when we first moved in. I feel like my kitchen just lost 15 pounds in one day! We've been helping busy moms, combined families, artists, and newly relocated families for sixteen years. We will help you with what to keep, where to put it, and what to do with everything else. We work together with you at your own pace to decide what goes to deep storage and what goes out for donation. We'll containerize, label and relocate the things you use every day to make them easy to find and easy to put away. We do all the legwork. This includes donations, recycling, and purchasing and assembling of shelving.
As an interior design major at Bowling Green University, I learned space planning. I like to use what you already have to rearrange your space and make it more functional. Of course, we can also recommend/purchase new matching containers for a "Home Edit" look as well! Containers can be purchased for you and boxes and baskets you already have on hand can be repurposed for sorting and storage.

Most people like to work in 4 hour increments and do some “homework” in between. Certainly, longer days are available as well.

We now offer packing and unpacking services as well as personal assistant and home manager duties. This includes errands, mailings, shopping, mending, and small repairs, as well as managing special orders and deliveries, returns, pet transportation, and non medical elder care. (Think Alice from the Brady Bunch!). Whatever we can do to give you more time and less stress is our mission.
