Hello! My name is Trista Sallack. I have lived my whole life in Elk County, PA where I married my best friend and raised four successful children. I'm a Professional Organizer and Decluttering Coach. I've received my organizing certification in 2018 from Cas Aarssen of Clutterbug, but have been organizing many aspects of my entire life over the past 30+ years. Organizing is my passion! I absolutely love coming up with a plan of action and then implementing it. From closets & pantries to garages & basements, I've organized them all! Since decluttering is the first step in organizing, I have just recently completed a Decluttering Coach Training Course. The goal of a Decluttering Coach is to help the client get the decluttering ball rolling. The first step in organizing is always decluttering. Some people have a hard time with this first step. A decluttering coach will come into your home and teach you the tried and true techniques to help you take control of your home. As your personal decluttering coach, I will not declutter for you. I will walk you through the steps so that you can learn how to declutter your space on your own. I will teach you the techniques that truly work to make progress and only progress each time. 1) Identifying key result areas for success and goal setting.
2) Working with the client to develop methods and processes in order to create an execution plan which ultimately insures successfully meeting targeted goals.
3) Reviewing current administrative practices and identify bottlenecks or redundancies.
4) Developing a plan to increase information flow and reduce waste and redundancies.

Residential Services include:
1) Decluttering, streamlining and simplifying the home for a more peaceful environment. Reviewing use of space and possessions for easy retrieval
2) Creating a Family Binder of critical information for emergency preparedness.
3) Reviewing lifestyle with client to create a customized home management plan focusing on their needs and priorities with an end goal of saving and money.

Personal Services include:
1) Assessing schedules, and goal setting.
2) Review of time and assets to identify losses and create customized plan based on clients needs with the ultimate goal of save money, time or create flow in their lives.

Personal & Residential Services include:
1) Training & coaching in home management and day to day operations.
2) Review and creating a problem solving plan in such areas of family schedules, (time), capturing critical information (emergency preparedness) and personal property assets - inventory and maintenance schedules.

I do train in several different software programs so that any systems created can be easily maintained by the client. Training includes: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Google Email, Calendars & Drive (Cloud), Quicken and Quicbooks.
