My name is Kate Souza and I am the proud owner of Project Clutter. I founded Project Clutter in 2011 because I am passionate about helping others. Prior to opening my business I spent 15 years working both as a volunteer for the US Army Family Services and as a small business owner in Olympia, Washington. My life experiences have afforded me a unique perspective, especially on the subject of overwhelming clutter, organizational challenges and life transitions. More importantly I developed the compassion and understanding to see the root of these situations and the visionary mindset to see solutions. Through the years I began to realized I have been called to use my experiences to help others.

What precautions are you taking about COVID-19?
A: These days, we all have the responsibility to protect ourselves and our loved ones. Safety is our top priority. The organizer is fully vaccinated, and in addition to this, she always gloves & shoe covers and is happy to wear a mask.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my project?
A: Our availability changes daily, and I encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

Are the organizers certified?
A: Yes! All Organizers with Mindful Tidying, LLC are Qualified Professional Organizers®

Does insurance cover my project?
A: Yes. Mindful Tidying, LLC and its projects are covered by industry-leading liability insurance.

What do I do with donations?
A: Let us take care of all the details! After our sessions, we'll remove one carload of donations.

Will I have to buy a lot of organizing products?
A: Each organizing project is unique, and I will always encourage reusing what you already have before purchasing new items. The decision to purchase materials is entirely up to you. It depends on the type and number of items you have, personal preference, budget, and the area being organized.

How much does it cost?
