Hello! I'm Tonya Wilcox. I was created to serve others and use my God given talent of organizing. I am very detailed and result driven lady. I will organize any project you throw at me. I put my heart, mind, and time into my clients. Each client has different ways, habits, and expectations, so I listen to your needs and issues to find livable solutions. I produce results that my clients find easy to maintain. I free my clients from the anxiety, stress, and weight of clutter. I love to clean out storage units. Most of all my clients never even remember what is stored and are wasting hard-earned money to house items they will never use.
I work with seniors that are downsizing and/or moving. I have a special heirloom gifting experience for those that want to pass family heirloom on to the recipients before they pass on.
I will work with businesses to relocate staff members, move offices, organize warehouses, etc.
Real Estate is a passion of mine. I love helping owners purge, stage, and pack, getting their homes listed fast and potentially having multiple offers and a higher sale price. I want to grow my Realtor relationships.
I've worked with divorced dads getting their paperwork in order for court. Saving them time and money on lawyers and potential judgments.
