Our founder, Indike Kularatne, is a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers). In his early career in the garment industry, he learned and honed the art of creating complex organization systems and methods. His past experience as a dance instructor has taught him to be an effective listener and communicator, who understands clients' goals and expectations and knows how to achieve them. More recently, having spent years in a professional kitchen as a pastry chef, he knows how to create a practical and functional space where everything has its place. Indike has two young kids - Sophia and Jason (who were also an inspiration for the SOJA Method) - so he understands the concept and challenges of living in an "organized chaos."
