I am a Mama and a former elementary school teacher, who struggled with my own ADHD and so-called "natural messiness" in my personal and professional life. I understand the crazy! After years of deep decluttering, reading, meditating, and figuring out what truly matters to me....I can confidently say that minimalism is my lifestyle. It keeps me sane. It is good for my mental health. It means I focus on the important things. I am most discerning of what enters my life now. Having two kids under the age of three forced me to embrace systems, and planning, and schedules as something that can actually set you free....not cage you in.
